Waking Up After The Master Reset: What Happens When the Body Reconnects
The Master Reset isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about restoring the function your body was built to have—function that was blocked, suppressed, or distorted by misalignments and compression in your spine, especially at the top.
When that interference is cleared, the system begins to wake up.
And just like a leg that’s fallen asleep tingles and stings before it walks normally again, your nervous system will let you know it’s coming back online. The sensations, reactions, and even discomforts that follow aren’t setbacks. They’re proof that your body is working again—finally.
How the Master Reset Works
At the very top of your spine, around the C1 and C2 vertebrae, your brainstem passes through the base of your skull. Every nerve in your body enters or exits here. This area is surrounded by dural tissue and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)—what you can think of as your body's "river of life."
Misalignments in this area create three main problems (and all of their associated consequences), each of which The Master Reset begins to reverse:
Compression of brainstem electrical function
Distortion of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow
Compensatory scoliosis and body shifts that try to keep electricity flowing despite the problem
Once these layers are removed, the body begins to respond. And that response includes a cascade of effects—some subtle, some powerful. All real.
1. Reawakening Electrical Function in the Brainstem
When nerves that were compressed start firing again, everything they connect to can begin to function better.
Sensory & Motor Improvements
Enhanced touch, temperature, vibration, and position sense
Better balance and coordination
Reduced pain, both sharp and chronic
More controlled muscle movement, from walking to writing
Special Senses
Sharper vision, hearing, smell, taste
Less sensitivity to sound or light
Better spatial orientation
Autonomic Nervous System Benefits
Heart rate and blood pressure stabilize
Improved digestive activity
Bladder and bowel function normalize
Sweating becomes appropriate to environment
Parasympathetic function takes over.
Inflammation and Immunity Regulation
Reduced inflammatory responses—not by suppression, but through balance
More effective immune responses
Decreased allergic sensitivity
Accelerated tissue healing
Organ Function Restoration
Liver, kidneys, lungs, stomach, intestines, pancreas—every organ starts to receive clearer commands
Hormonal regulation improves
You may see shifts in appetite, energy, and even fertility
Circulation and Thermoregulation
Cold hands and feet warm up
Hot flashes and flushing may reduce
Circulatory strength improves from the brain outward
Proper circulation resumes
2. CSF Flow and Glymphatic System Activation
When CSF is blocked, your brain can't clean itself, regulate hormones, or transport nutrients properly. When that flow is restored, the results are remarkable.
Neurotransmitter Balance & Brain Chemistry
When CSF clears out waste and allows proper nutrient transport, the chemicals that govern mood, focus, and behavior begin to rebalance:
Glutamate sharpens learning, memory, and neuroplasticity
GABA calms anxiety, enhances sleep, and improves motor control
Dopamine lifts mood, improves motivation, and smooths movement
Serotonin balances emotions, sleep, and appetite
Norepinephrine boosts energy, stress resilience, and focus
Acetylcholine enhances attention, learning, and muscle precision
Histamine supports alertness and appetite control
Glycine refines motor reflexes and balances spinal cord activity
You may feel more alert, more focused, more “yourself” again. Or, you might feel emotional or overstimulated—this is your brain catching up.
Glymphatic System Recovery
This is the brain’s cleaning and repair system. When it turns back on, expect:
Detox and waste clearance—less brain fog, fewer headaches
Improved sleep quality
Stronger immune surveillance
Better oxygen and nutrient delivery to brain tissue
Enhanced memory and learning
Hormone regulation from the pituitary and pineal glands
Restoration of feedback loops—your body starts regulating itself again
CNS homeostasis—a balanced nervous system with less overreaction
CSF Pressure and Intracranial Flow Stabilization
When pressure normalizes in the skull and spine, subtle but impactful shifts happen:
Eyes feel less strained (especially in conditions like optic neuritis)
Vestibular function improves—dizziness, vertigo, and motion sickness reduce
Fluid pressure in sinuses and ears normalizes
In cases like Chiari malformation, the cerebellar tonsils may begin to move back into proper position
Overall, head pressure reduces, clarity improves, and internal sense of “space” and calm may return
3. Structural Realignment and Body Unwinding
Your body will adapt to keep electricity flowing, even if that means twisting, contorting, and locking joints to compensate. When that need is gone, the body can finally unwind.
Musculoskeletal Recovery
Spinal tension reduces
Muscles relax—especially deep ones you didn’t even realize were tight
Joints begin to move more freely—some may even “crack” as tension releases
Sharp or electrical pain decreases as nerve pinching is relieved
Posture improves without trying
Compensatory curves (scoliosis-like patterns) begin to soften
And as the spine opens up, CSF and nerve flow extend further down the body, improving overall function from head to toe.
What to Expect in the First 21 Days
Here’s the reality: each layer of healing can create temporary symptoms. These are not the problem returning—they’re the signal of function returning.
You may experience:
Tingling, pulsing, or electrical sensations
Emotional swings or spontaneous crying/laughter
Brain fog lifting—or briefly intensifying
Pain that moves or appears briefly in odd places
Digestive changes or detox symptoms (like fatigue or skin changes)
Shifts in sleep patterns or dreams
Pressure changes in head or joints
Muscle soreness or spontaneous cracking/popping
Duration & Frequency
Most of these symptoms come and go within 48 hours
Some shift minute-to-minute or hour-to-hour
They can fluctuate daily as the body recalibrates
They tend to last about 21 days after each major correction layer
This isn’t chaos—it’s re-integration. Your body is sending signals to the brain to say: "This part is waking up. Pay attention."
Inflammation: Your Ally, Not Your Enemy
We’ve been taught that inflammation is bad. But in reality, inflammation is the repair crew. It’s how the body rebuilds, reconnects, and heals. Without it, you wouldn’t regenerate.
Suppressing it too soon can stall or even stop healing. So when inflammation shows up after a reset, see it for what it is: your body doing its job.
Healing is not the absence of sensation—it’s the presence of function.
The Mindset That Helps Most
This journey is not passive. You’re not a patient. You’re a participant. Your attitude, belief, and consistency all help drive the healing.
Stay hydrated to support detox and CSF movement.
Get rest when your body asks for it.
Observe without fear—sensations are communication.
Trust the intelligence inside you—it’s always been there.
Healing Happens Layer by Layer
Each time a layer is cleared, you get a percentage of your function back. It’s not always linear. Sometimes the biggest shifts feel like the hardest days.
But you're not breaking—you're waking.
The Master Reset doesn’t just give relief—it gives you back to you.
Stay hopeful. Stay present. Stay in the process.
You were Designed and Built to heal.
Turn it back on, and get out of the way—nothing can stop it from happening.

I've got an appointment with the doc on Merritt Island on June 11, and I am sooo looking forward to getting onto this journey! Thank you for this timely description of what I will be experiencing, Dr C.
I think this would benefit me immensely. I broke my L4&5 in 2016 and am currently recovering from a compression fracture in the T12. Yikes. I also was in an accident where I got rear ended and my neck has not been the same. Sounds like rice crispies. Lol. This is on my bucket list.
