Hey Dr C, do I still need to take all my other supplements if taking this. Vitamin C, D3, K2, B12 etc? Also my daughter has gut issues. Will this help her? She doesn’t know for sure but she thinks she has H-pylori. Thanks. Followed you from the journey since 2015. Glad to see you r following your passion

If you’re taking this - you don’t need anything else but iodine and Liver Kidney

Has she gotten the Master Reset? If not, she needs that for sure. Vagus nerve regulates gut issues.

I sent it to her to read. We are in IL, so I would like to ask if there is any DO that you would recommend. St. Charles, IL area w/in 20 miles she will travel. Thanks Craig

Unfortunately not. Her best option is to get to Kansas City to see Dr Matt

but it’s worth it.

I would appreciate it. I am familiar with the ingedients in OG Vitality. I used to use a few. I would appreciate more information on the Krebs cycle. I have read just a little about that.

Thanks Dr C — this MB has been all over the place! Good to know your thoughts on it. Will give it a try👍

No !!! Give OG Vitality a try. It actually works to rebuild your problem instead of patching it up.

Dr C, when I got the first batch of OGV recently, and I studied the formulation in detail, I was extremely impressed. I find it hard to believe you could put it all together for such a reasonable price (much appreciated!), and it is now a base element in my supplement program.

On MB, I toyed with it but have been leery of it from the start. As you say, it can be helpful if mitos have sustained certain kinds of damage and you need a temporary work-around while you fix the underlying problem(s). However, I was really brought up short on MB when Dr Sabine Hazan posted on X that MB instantly kills all the Bifidobacteria in your gut. It *does* have antibiotic effects, say for UTIs in the bladder, where MB can concentrate and kill the UTI bacteria and where such an impact is beneficial. However, instantly losing all your Bif to kill a UTI is a huge cost that very few people appreciate. You can live for a long time without Bif, but you need to take great care to keep your immune system strong via other ways that you provide, rather than being able to rely on the Bif that is what the body usually uses without you having to add external supports.

Any progress on your Florida office? Hope springs eternal. :-)

Thank you ! This is a well educated comment ! People don’t know the power of your good gut bacteria - there has been a war on your bacteria for a long time. By killing them it’s killing us.

Right now there’s not a Florida office for me. But there’s a doc in Florida named Grady Goolsby. Highly recommend you see him if seeking someone in Florida.

Darn, that's too bad, but I know you have a lot on your plate these days.

Is Grady trained for the Master Reset or simply a good chiropractor? I already have a good chiropractor, but I seriously need someone who can do the Master Reset as credibly as you can. Two-hour driving time is doable, but only for the Master Reset, since my regular chiropractor is only 10 minutes away from me. :-)

I purchased a bottle but have been hesitant to take it. I’m thinking since it turns ur brain blue it may not be worth taking.

Maddy, I have some on hand but will use it only in an emergency where it is required. I don't know whether "blue brains" is internet hype or not, but it has too many drawbacks for long-term or non-emergency use for me to bother with it. Blue brains are only one of the potential costs. And it is really only a bandaid for mitochondrial problems. I like to get to root causes so I don't need metabolic bandaids.

Can you comment on the additional ingredients list on OG Vitality? Natural Flavors and malic acid and the sweetener? It seems we can’t get away from tricky ingredients (similar to citric acid).
