so the whole world will be deficient if they do not order "Iosol Formula II"? What about Luguls iodine? Honestly, it sounds like the whole article was a sales pitch to say to people that only this product will save them from all the listed health issues. There was no discussion of the other types of iodine - only the product sold.

Not at all. Just can’t use anything but Iosol for detox bc it is water soluble. Lugol’s at high doses is significantly more risky and with more side effects due to the potassium content.

So as a breastfeeding mom, should you take iodine daily?

It just doesn’t need to be a detox dose. Stay under 50 mg daily - 28 drops of Iosol Formula II

Your body requires it - and the instructions to do so are written on everyone’s DNA

I just ordered everything and am planning to schedule an appointment once school is out. If taking the protocol as described will it be necessary to be near a bathroom? I work in a big high school and running out of the classroom would be frowned upon 😂

I haven’t found that it is not a matter of urgency , more a matter of what is when detoxing.

You should never not be in control of that area as far as timing is concerned.
