ghee is great. Needs to be from grass-fed cows or animals. The fat content depends on what the animal ate. Removing the lactose in ghee is what makes it healthier for folks that have a lactose allergy.
I haven't noticed "imbalances" or "excess" being too much of an issue, rather shortages are seen when taking incomplete amounts of amino acids in a low protein diet. Should you be on low protein diet and supplement massive doses of one single amino acid, you might run into some issues but that is never recommended and having a complete balanced diet with good amounts of protein intake is always recommended.
Great information on cholesterol here... as a vegetarian for over 50 years (71 yr old), I have found no need for meat and eat organic as much as possible. My diet is based on ethical beliefs, but has served me well. My best advice for a healthy life is to eat close to nature and avoid chemicals as much as possible 😉
A lot of good info that I haven’t read in many years.
Thanks!!!
Can Amino Acids get out of balance if you supplement specific Aminos? Is Ghee butter a good source of fats?
