I need a list of what I can eat or drink. 😬 Additives, preservatives, chem trails, poisons in water….I’m

at a loss!

Natural produces and non-GMO/mRNA means and distilled water seems to be safest. Anything manufactured is likely contaminated or poisoned with all the synthetic additives our bodies cannot handle appropriately. The longterm outcomes are the clues we hate to see, but can avoid if we allow nature to feed us.

I agree. It's easy to get overwhelmed with what we can't eat. Need to refocus on what we can. It would be great to start a list

Wow. I eat clean, drink clean and wash clean and clean house clean, but I surprised myself reading that list.

Philly cream cheese is a guilty pleasure consumed about twice year, Tylenol about the same if I get a banger of a headache that I can't shake after a whole day. That's it! Not one other thing on that list.

Thanks for the info!

Btw, in Canada there are much less ingredients in what we call Kraft Dinner and you call Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

And no MCA. The cheese sauce mix is even coloured with of all things, turmeric! Just add black pepper 😁

Not that I have eaten it in over 10 years, but yeah.

Dog gone. I have to give up using Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds, Simple Green, Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, and Pacific Foods Chicken broth.

Profits over health, every time, seems to be the corporate MO. Humans are very fortunate to still be alive considering all the ways in which we attempt to slowly kill ourselves, in the name of fun, satisfying our taste buds and vanity. It's all pure insanity!
