Between articles I will also post messages and experiences that I have received from patients to share with you all. With everyone having various compression/aberrant CSF flow, their conditions and starting points are unique thus their healing and retracing experiences are unique.
Here is a personal recording of a patients’ experiences in the first few weeks after receiving this treatment that I wanted to share with you all. Anyone who has gone through this treatment and wants to write up your experience I will post them as an addition to this document!
Roberta:
“Here is my first 6 days: I wanted to document my first week after my treatment but after the first 6 days it was simply a repeat. They were just normal regular days which, in itself, IS remarkable.
Day 1) - - Immediately after the procedure I felt a lessening of pressure in my head and, within minutes, the pressure behind my eyes dissipated. I began giggling and had sporadic bouts of dizziness. My sinuses cleared. My vision cleared. It was as if a veil had been lifted and the colors appeared brighter and less foggy. I immediately felt that my "center of gravity" had shifted. I felt "grounded" like it had returned to my body's core from where it used to hover - somewhere around my upper chest. This caused periods of dizziness and momentary disorientation. No worries - it feels like it will be short lived - I'm just slowing down until my body adjusts. Although previously I hadn't had much of an appetite, I became hungry and ate a regular sized meal without becoming sick for the first time in YEARS. I felt cold all day and night and slept for 12 hours.
Day2) Woke without pain for the first time in six years. No joint pain, no arthritis pain. Instead I feel a body wide soreness and extreme fatigue. The cold feeling is gone. My neck muscles feel weak like my head is very heavy. I ate 3 normal meals, no tummy issues, and slept - a 2 hour nap and a full nights sleep. Praise be to God.
Day 3) Woke up today and felt even better. Lots of sore muscles especially around my neck and spine, along with tons of inflammation. This is not unusual although this time I am embracing it as I know it is healing inflammation. I also realize that not only am I experiencing normal hunger but the food I am eating is not making me sick at all. I am drinking massive amounts of water as Dr. C directed. It not only swells the neck ligaments - stabilizing the C1 & 2 - but flushes out all of the nasty toxins which are no doubt being released into my bloodstream. We're heading home today - 5 hour drive.
Day4) Back home. My neck was tight after the drive. Slept well. Woke up early. Still getting infrequent bouts of dizziness - short lived. Stopped my muscle relaxers on the first day. I feel taller and leaner strangely enough. Sore all over but manageable. I'm starting to wonder just how sick I have been. How many of the head/scalp/body/mind issues were my body's way of alerting me and trying to rid my brain fluid build up of toxins due to the C1 & 2 blockage? I have psoriasis, arthritis, ear issues, constant upper respiratory, skin eruptions, etc. We shall see.
Today I wasn't thinking and put Voltaren on my knees and feet. I must remember I don't want to feel better for now, I want to heal forever.
It's noon and I'm feeling so good it's hard to remember to take it easy and slow, and not to lift anything. I have a giddy grin as I think "protect the neck". Got it.
I looked at my Husband this afternoon and said" I don't think the pain is coming back". I don't mean the sore pain or everyday ouch pain. I'm talking about the overwhelming unrelenting pain that has threatened my sanity and caused me to curl up in a room in the dark like a wounded animal. The one that makes you feel barely human. The thought that I may never have to experience it again makes me cry happy tears.
Day5) Woke up pain free and cried happy tears (again). I still have body wide inflammation and soreness concentrating mainly on my joints. I think this will be a running theme for quite some time due to the extensive damage from the arthritis. I'm ready for it! I understand it will become tiresome so I am focusing on remembering the unbearable pain that has been erased and how right now my brain is being flooded with nutrients and oxygenated blood. Let the healing continue! I am still experiencing dizziness upon waking and very infrequently during the day. I make an effort to rest periodically and stand up slowly. My sinuses are acting up and a slight headache. Nasal spray and an aspirin took care of it.
My Husband and I agree that no one is ever going to believe us. How can one 30 second procedure change a persons life so completely? Does anyone still believe in miracles? We do now.
Day 6) Good morning! Although my allergies are back in full force, the pain has not returned. I woke feeling rested and a bit more comfortable in my new Reset. I realize that I will most likely be in this particular pattern of soreness and inflammation for quite some time so my job now is to ramp up my nutrition to support my body's efforts to remove toxins and repair the joint damage. Let's do this!!!
My center of gravity has firmly relocated from my shoulder/chest are to my lower midsection core and I believe this change is permanent. I feel stabilized and grounded. My water intake is insane and I continue to flood my body with as much water as I can get down. Today I am beginning to be more active as the dizziness is all but gone.
That's it! Every day is another healing day and I am so grateful. This week I began to feel the "flu like" feeling I had lived with every day for years but I understand this time is HEALING and not the rest of my life. This is my 6th week since the Reset although it feels like months since it was done. I understand I am now deep into the first 9 week cycle and am ready for whatever this brings.
Blessings today and every day, Roberta!”
Recovery after reset by Michael S.
“14 days ago I had fibromyalgia. I no longer can say this, which after about 6 years is pretty astounding.
Fibro is considered the garbage can of diseases, a cornucopia of symptoms no one knows how to fix. You have 10s if not 100s of issues ranging from fatigue, to extreme pain to mental confusion. The biggest indicators are inability to sleep, and intense full body muscle pain. If you have never had to freeze in position waiting for your urethra to uncramp, you just don’t get it. You cant exercise your way out of this either like western medicine likes to arrogantly tell you is possible. Misery is just a way of life.
The treatment went nearly exactly as profiled by Dr C. Painless adjustment that took only a second to pop my C2 back in place. Shortly after an icy wash went down my back and continued for about 30 mins. It did feel nearly identical to someone spreading icy/hot down my spine. I was told I would be dizzy, sure enough, I had a hard time walking after.
My family and I went to eat after which was probably a mistake as I was hanging on by a thread of consciousness. The second I got back to the hotel I had violent experience on the toilet and fell into the sleep of the dead 20 mins later. This wasn’t jet lag, my body just flipped the off switch.
The next morning I walked for 90 mins, until my knees swelled up. I have not walked for that long in at least 6 years.
I am now at the 2 week mark, what have I experienced?
I had pretty much exactly what Dr. C described in his substack. The pain in all the usual places, neck, back, head, all dissipated shortly after. I would say about a 50% reduction in pain. Maybe more as I no longer use an icepack on my back and neck. The swelling and inflammation is now moving all over, never staying in one place for longer than 24 hours. Knees are swollen one day, neck another, head pounding then it dissipates. None of my usual symptoms are occurring and nothing like the intensity I usually have.
Most people can relate to pain, we have all had it before, it’s tangible and understandable. What people don’t really understand is the impact on your psyche, the WHO you are.
Ever since a bike accident 6 years ago, I have been aggressively stuck in pain and fight or flight, that is when I thought it started. However, now I am thinking now that I probably have had this problem since my youth. When your body is being deprived of a significant natural function, like CSF flow, we go into emergency mode. The sympathetic nervous system never turns off, unfortunately how this manifests over a lifetime of behavioral patterns is deeply saddening.
When one is stuck in fight or flight, it manifests in the form of fights, emotional outbursts, generalized anger, shunning of society, family and friends. You isolate out of fear you will say or do something wrong ending up in more isolation and more pain. You tend to design your entire life around avoiding people and confrontations, while telling yourself that you don’t mind this, that… this is just who you are as a person.
So yes, the pain has subsided to a great degree and I can see myself very much on a path of healing. In 14 days I have never had progress like this, no matter how much money I spent on traditional medicine and the cure of the month. However none of that compares to being bumped out of fight or flight.
The removal of the emotional turmoil
We all need that connection to others, something people in fight or flight only get fleeting glimpses of until we either destroy a relationship or run away out of fear of destroying it. This… is now gone.
The day after my adjustment I looked in the mirror and I noticed something I have not seen in a while. The “pain scowl” was gone. The person looking back at me wasn’t starting the day in the typical “F-you world, and F-you twice for not letting me sleep.” Instead the person looking back at me was… at peace.
When someone drunk does somethings stupid in the moment, they feel entirely justified. In that emotional state you are not wrong, the person that ate the last chocolate cookie without asking you, really does need to die a horrible death. Of course the next day you don’t feel this way and you say sorry, as you have snapped out of that previous emotional state and you can’t really understand why you lashed out in the first place.
This, is, exactly what I am going through. That agitation, anger, distrust, anxiety, and generalized hate was at the time extremely justified and I would go to my deathbed defending it.
Now? it all seems kinda silly, childish to look at the world through these lenses, the intoxication of pain and anxiety is simply gone. The agitation simply isn’t there, and I while I am deeply grateful for my pain being removed, I am far far more grateful to be given “myself” back.
What does this mean in the real world? You smile at your neighbors, your road rage turns to forgiveness, your empathy towards others increases 10 fold. Your petty arguments with your spouse stops, your deep seated grudges simply don’t matter any longer. Effectively you are reborn into a body that enjoys life again, rather than being a prisoner of fear.
If I have had this my entire life, I now have to rewrite my entire history as to why I have done things, why I chose a certain path and destroyed others. I now enter not only a new chapter but one I can’t really wrap my head around because literally and figuratively, I am a different person.
I travelled halfway across the world to be treated for pain, and thats what I got. What I didn’t expect was an entire reset to the way I see the world and how the world sees me.
It’s all been rather humbling as we construct massive stories to explain our past behaviors. It wasn’t my fault, yet it was. All of this a bitter pill to swallow, yet without the daily looming anxiety facing it is not really daunting at all.”

My Life RESET
by Paula
It's now over 8 weeks after my initial appointment. I'm sitting here thinking about how far I've come both physically and emotionally. I can't help but want to share my story about how life-changing this past 8 weeks have been for me. This remarkable turn-around required no Big Pharma or surgical procedures, just an adjustment by a professional, skilled with a technique for putting my body back to its natural state.
Prior to learning about this procedure I was completely checked out of life.
It all started 3 years ago with a popping noise in my hip and high blood pressure, being an avid bike rider I could not understand how I had high blood pressure. Then came crippling anxiety to such a degree that I couldn't leave the house. My heart would race, skip beats and had palpitations while sleeping. My eye sight was diminishing at an alarming rate. I was wearing reading glasses to drive. I had vertigo and extreme pressure in my head and ears, accompanied with a headache that lasted for years. I began experiencing tinnitus and it was getting worse daily. Insomnia had me awake to watch the sun rise more times than I care to remember. I had terrible posture and my limp went from a popping noise to extreme pain with every step. I couldn't lay flat on the floor to do simple stretches. My body was completely breaking down. Then came the worse symptom of them all: while sleeping, it felt like my brain was rattling in my head. Nothing helped alleviate the shaking sensation I was having. My eyes too would be shaking as I'm trying to do anything possible to make it stop. This completely took me out of the game to the point where getting out of bed was an absolute struggle. I could not get myself together to even participate in life any longer. I was literally at the end of my rope both physically and emotionally. I prayed every night for two things: protection and direction.
After 3 trips to the ER, endless blood tests, physical exams and tests, I was finally told I was in menopause (eye roll). There was no way this was menopause. It was at that point I felt I was entirely alone in this. I had no idea what was going on with me and no one could tell me. I searched the internet for everything I could imagine. I tried so many different supplements, chiropractors, and exercise (which I wasn't able to do any longer after nearly passing out on my bike) I was beyond desperate.
Then, last summer, while thrift store shopping, I walked past a book called "Sick and Tired of feeling Sick and Tired" oh boy did that hit home for me, I picked up the book to look through it and the exact page I turned to was talking about the Atlas. OH MY GOSH that page described every single symptom I had. I was a poster girl for a misaligned Atlas. I could not believe my prayers were answered.
I started out with Atlas Orthogonal (one of the upper cervical techniques) for 6 months, once, sometimes twice a week I'd drive 3 hours to get adjusted but it just wasn't holding. The Dr told me I might be one of those people that just doesn't hold. I refused to accept that answer. I was going to get fixed one way or another, because I just could not go on living with all the symptoms plaguing me. I needed my life back.
While in Florida visiting my daughter I learned of another technique for Atlas treatment called Blair technique. Luckily, the doctor was nearby in Sarasota, so I made an appointment immediately. At that appointment I learned it wasn't just my Atlas that was the problem, but my Axis was locked up as well. This explained why my Atlas wouldn't hold. After that adjustment I believed I held for nearly 4 weeks, many of my symptoms improved but did not disappear. I was so frustrated to have to return to Wisconsin and leave the only doctor that helped me on some level. I was able to find a doctor in Wisconsin that did Blair technique. He was only an hour away but unfortunately it was back to the same old story of never holding. All my symptoms were back and I was totally defeated.
About 4 months later, while on telegram, I came across Dr C's story of his own health struggles. After reading the first couple sentences, I knew he was talking about the Atlas. I couldn't believe it. I immediately subscribed to his Substack. I get to the end and he's offering to help anyone suffering. OH MY GOSH !!! I immediately messaged him my story and shared my desperation with him. When he answered my email, I cried the entire day. I set up an appointment and he told me hang tight IT'S COMING !!!
I drove from Wisconsin to Texas for the treatment. Let me tell you, there was a lot of praying on that drive.
On October 12th I got to see Dr. C in person. I was sure I was a problem child and this was not gonna work on me the way he promised it would. I just had to trust him, which was incredibly difficult given my history with this. I even extended my stay in Texas because I was afraid to come home and have it become a problem again; after all, I was completely out of options. Every day I would go in to be checked and, wouldn't ya know it, the little thing was holding. After 10 days, I finally felt secure enough to head home. After 1200 miles, 3 days travel and 18 hours in my vehicle, I got home feeling like a young girl again. I just couldn't believe it.
Physically, there are no words to explain the difference. In 8 short weeks my limp 100% gone. Three years of limping and pain my brain says limp but I didn't need to. This is such a welcome change but a very hard adjustment to make. My eyesight has improved so much I don't need reading glasses to drive any longer. My blood pressure is completely normal and I'm sleeping like I haven't slept in years. My posture is improving daily and I can, once again, lay flat on the floor ! I no longer have anxiety or heart palpitations. I have no brain rattling in my head; this ended almost immediately after the adjustment. The way my body is healing at this rapid rate has also really helped me emotionally. I don't feel broken and defeated any longer, I'M BACK !!!!! I feel healthy again, which is something very unfamiliar to me these days. The tinnitus still comes and goes, but according to Dr C this is completely normal and all part of the process of healing. I still have some bad days as my body is adjusting to being aligned again, but my good days feel miraculous. I'm playing with my grandkids, cooking family dinners, taking walks and planning ahead; all things I could never do 8 weeks ago. I'm so early in my healing and, with these results, I cannot wait to see what a year brings.
When I think of this journey— I cry. It's been an incredible roller coaster ride, but today it's tears of extreme gratitude and not tears of fear and frustration.
Three years ago I had never even heard of the Atlas; today I spread the word to every single person I can. In sharing my story I believe I have helped so many others with knowledge on this crucial body part and the effects it can have on our health and our lives. Every single person needs to know about this, and I'm just getting started!
Dr C literally saved my life, I couldn't go on like I was living but now, 8 weeks later, I feel like a new woman with a new outlook and that's so exciting to me. I feel so fortunate for all the gifts I was given that lead me to Dr C for putting himself out there and spreading the word on this. He truly is doing God's work !!!”

From Teresa W.
It’s officially been one month and one day from my appointment (11/29/2022) or my Christmas miracle as I like to call it. As a little background, my main reason for pursuing this was my neck which was losing mobility, causing pain and discomfort which I fought against with yoga, stretching, and sometimes ibuprofen. My body had countered whatever was happening from the herniated disk, and my neck had developed a “list” to the right. Every time over the years it got to the point where I considered taking the surgical route, something prevented that from happening, and I trudged onward. I now believe that I was
supposed to wait for this opportunity with Dr. Craig. I had followed him on social media for quite a while on Twitter, then to Telegram, and now to Truth Social so I felt like I knew the type of person he is as he shared some of his personal life over time. After meeting him in person, I now know that he is even better –trustworthy, focused, smart as a whip, caring, and kind. When I saw his articles I pondered them for a bit, shared them with my husband and two of my sons who are critical thinkers and decided this was indeed something that could help. Oh, and there was a lot of praying.
My husband and I flew from NC to Texas to have this done. Dr. Craig spent as much time as we needed to fully understand before moving on to the adjustments. We were at his office for three hours! I was the first to get the adjustment, and it was an experience like I have never had before. The C2 adjustment went great as I had only some mild dizziness that went away quickly, but my C1 was stubborn, had to be adjusted twice, and there was a lot of pressure and some discomfort involved. I just kept praying. And Dr. Craig had some Jesus music on adding to the awesomeness of the experience.
When I sat up after the C1 adjustment, I felt so very peaceful, joyful, and disconnected like I was in another world. My husband and Dr. Craig would ask me a question, and I could answer them, but I was in a zone. My husband said I had the most beautiful smile on my face.
After Dr. Craig checked the alignment, it was just right so it was on to the recovery phase. I laid down for thirty minutes or so, and the most amazing things (and weird) started happening. I felt like I was floating and was very peaceful. Then a very specific point of pain started in my back right under my left shoulder blade. It gained intensity as it moved through my body in an upside-down cone shape and exploded out the front side of my body in slow motion. The funny thing is – it did not alarm me or bother me in the least. By the time I was up and walking around, the pain gradually subsided, and it subsided in the opposite direction it had occurred. The other thing I noticed at this point was that my face felt very relaxed, especially around my mouth and jaw where I had previously experienced TMJ symptoms. My hands were cold, and my neck felt tender. Overall, I was excited, happy, and wondering what was going to happen next on this healing journey.
From here I will share what I wrote daily:
11/30/2022
Morning: Back is sore around the same spot under my left shoulder blade. Experienced a frigid coldness from the inside out. Tingling in both pinky fingers at the same time. Burning sensation in my neck. Stiffness and soreness at C1 area. Face still feels ultra-relaxed.
Afternoon: Very tired as in worn out which is not like me at all. I took a nap. During that time my forearms were both tingling, I felt light pressure around both wrists, had back and knee pain, had discomfort around the C1 area but then experienced a very warm feeling there like a heating pad was on the area. That day, I basically went from naptime to bedtime as I was so tired.
12/01/2022 I woke up feeling a little headachy. My neck was barely stiff, and I felt pretty good. I noticed that the trajectory of neck looked different. Was I seeing things? Made a note to keep a watch. Experienced cold chills and tingling in my left pinky. Had re-check with Dr. Craig – I was still aligned!
12/02/2022 Woke up to pain in my left knee like it was slicing my kneecap across the middle. Felt minor spasms in my low back. Then felt same type pain in my right knee but not so severe. My upper neck is still sore and a little stiff.
12/03/2022 Travel day home to NC. Had pain in left forearm and left side of hand like nerve pain. Left side of neck is bothersome. Tinnitus is loud. Rash on back of neck at cervical spine and upwards to hairline.
12/04/2022 My neck is still a little stiff in the morning. Am feeling spasms in lower left leg that go into my foot and big toe.
Also felt spasms in lower right leg but not as much as left.
12/05/2022 Nothing new
12/06/2022 Felt significant nerve pain in lower l eft arm but only on the right side of the arm and down into my hand. Some of the rash on my neck has gone away. And my knees are looking better.
12/07/2022 More bouts of nerve pain in the lower left arm but it is lessening.
12/08/2022 – 12/11/2022 Nothing new
12/12/2022 Before I got out of bed that morning, I felt a “lightning bolt” from the base of my neck to the bottom of my spine that rippled down my spine. It was not painful but more like an involuntary movement, and it did not last nor has it happened again.
I am now a month and a day out. Every now and then, I’ll experience something related to what I have already felt but the time between those happenings is lengthening out. My neck looks normal, has improved mobility, and no more “crunchiness” which is nothing short of a gift from God. I feel better, stronger, and more centered – all of the good stuff! My heart is full of gratitude.

From Aimee D.
I had my first appointment January 26, 2023. My health was horrible, no matter what I did to change it. I started getting sick when I was 11, they finally dxed me with fibromyalgia when I was 17 (but that was just a “garbage can dx” because they couldn’t figure out the problem.) Fast forward through decades of pain, mind-numbing exhaustion, brain fog and loss of memory, endometriosis, asthma, extreme sun sensitivity, pancreatitis, ovarian cysts, chronic mono (yep, it’s a thing), and finally mixed connective tissue disease and scleroderma (which has a very poor survival rate)…and that’s when I ended up in your office. I went first and my family watched to see how it all worked. Such a quick and easy diagnosis, still boggles my mind! My top two vertebrae were out of alignment in different directions. I can remember when you touched the spot on my neck that has caused me migraines and horrible pain for years…I couldn’t believe you had found it. So we do the adjustment, and it was the second part that really made the difference because it took that spot away! That astounds me. My jaw is also in alignment and rarely cracks. I noticed when you had me resting immediately after the adjustment that the two HUGE knots, trigger points, right under my shoulder blades were also gone. Praise God they have stayed gone in the 9 weeks since! I also felt “in” myself, like “in” my brain for the first time in forever. The pain and brain fog bring a lightheaded feeling and a sense of not quite being “in” oneself, and that took care of that for the most part!
We got to our hotel for the night and all I wanted to do was rest. I felt that way for several days. Not like instant sleep because I was paranoid of sleeping wrong and wrecking the adjustment lol, but I just basically wanted to just sit and rest. I noticed my palpitations are mostly gone, too. As the days progressed I started feeling more steady and decided to not use my cane anymore, which I’ve had to use for the past 6 years. I wish I had written down every single thing that happened!
I’ve definitely experienced the retracing, although sometimes it’s difficult to tell what is retracing and what isn’t. I had the fluey type ick feeling I think it was maybe 2 or 3 weeks after the adjustment but I just listened to my body and rested and it didn’t last very long. I’m still fatigued but it isn’t as bad as it was for sure! There have been lovely moments where I realize I have some energy and don’t feel deathly nauseated and in so much pain that I can’t think…and I just thank God for leading me to your office! My mom and I have even started going to the gym 3 days a week, and it’s amazing. I was unable to work out for many years because it would trigger the “pain suit” (where it felt like a suit of pain just under the skin on your whole body). I had always worked out 3-5 days a week before my body got so bad in my 30s that I could barely function. Now, I LOVE working out again! I usually walk about 3mph on the treadmill (fast for me) for 15-30 mins and then hit the weight machines. I still get sore and have some issues walking sometimes, but most of the soreness is the “I worked out” soreness, not the suit of pain! What a blessing!!
I have also started weaning off prescription meds because I cannot stand the side effects. So I know that I have to get through all of that before truly knowing everything this reset has done for me. But I can unequivocally say that this WORKS.
“And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.’”

From Jonathan D.
I wanted to wait to see what the results were after almost a year had passed before rendering any definitive conclusions on my experience, and in short, it has been nothing short of dramatically life changing. For the record I had misalignment with my C1 and C2. They were slightly rotated in opposite directions and forward.
At almost 40 years old now I have spent the last ten years in various forms of agony, dealing with what I believe is an autoimmune condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis, along with severe gastrointestinal issues (which I understand are intrinsically connected). While I’ve never been officially diagnosed, I could check the box next to each common symptom. My granddad had it, and knowing what he experienced I had a pretty depressed outlook on the rest of my life given how severe it had gotten only in my 30s. The symptoms would sort of rotate around and fluctuate in severity, but the worst were the intense hip and lower back pain (almost like sciatic pain), and the pure fire of enflamed rib/sternum joints. Both of those were nearly entirely debilitating. Going to bed each night was an exercise in dread since I knew I was going to sleep fitfully, and not very long, and wake up barely able to move. Sheer determination and necessity enabled me to go to work each day, but I had to give up on the extracurricular athletic exercise I had loved in my 20s, and every waking moment required a mind-over-matter mentality.
Like many who end up talking and working with Dr. Longley I had spent thousands of dollars on chiropractors, tried yoga/pilates, working out, stretching, praying…etc. Nothing even touched it.
Now, here I am, almost a year after one adjustment…one… and I have none of the symptoms that destroyed my life for the last decade. None. Not one. I can sleep 9 straight hours and wake up feeling actually refreshed. When I’m tired the thought of climbing into bed is in itself cathartic as opposed to the horror it once commanded. I can’t believe this is my life.
As for the gastro issues, there was immediate relief after the adjustment which I assume was from the release of pressure on my vagus nerve. I went from popping tums like candy to never having heartburn. I went from waking up with gut pain to having none. But, I got careless and sort of overdid it over the last few months and wasn’t watching what I ate, so I’ve been dealing with the issues again until I started in earnest following the gut restoration protocol Dr. Longley gave me. Learned my lesson. Nearly 40 and I still have maturing to do. But after a few weeks of following that and I already have the issues under control.
All in all my long-term outlook on life is dramatically different than it was just a year ago. If I wasn’t actually living it I wouldn’t believe it. But I am, and I do.

Tina E:
My first appt with Dr C was in the middle of March 2024.
My initial symptoms after having the treatment was a woozy feeling lasting only seconds immediately after the procedure. Later that night I experienced chills off and on but no other symptoms. The following day I had a bit of exhaustion and took a nap. I had immediate symptom relief from my chronic cervical ridiculopathy which I was taking gabapentin three times daily. I have not had a gabapentin since my first appt!
I had a horribly overactive bladder with urgency and could not pass a bathroom without stopping to use it. I was urinating around 15 times a day and having to wear a panty liner at all times. Since first appt I no longer have urgency and I use the bathroom much less in frequency, getting up only once through the night to urinate, as opposed to 3-4 times prior. I pop right out of the bed in the morning without stiffness which was an issue.
I have a general feeling of improved wellness and hope that I didn't have prior which has motivated me to care for myself better. Through diet change and supplementation and continued healing from my reset I have a very positive outlook on life again. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to do this and encourage everybody to give it a try.
Learning so much about stuff I have never heard of, and I thought being into alternate health care all my life i was well informed. Amazing to have never heard of Blair Chiropractic, the atlas axis, cranial cervical misalignment etc.. And the work Dr. C is doing is truly amazing. I went to a Blair chiro for over ten weeks, 3 times per week and was adjusted every time! It would never hold. One visit with Dr. C and the alignment is holding 4 weeks so far. Great hope
I read these comments and know exactly what these people are talking about. I, too, felt taller. I, too, I am sleeping 9-12 hours of restful sleep every night. I, too am feeling more centered, more compassionate, dizzy at times, happy tears and strange pain in unusual places. My back has felt like I have had a seriously heavy duty work out for days as my spine is straightening back into proper alignment. I have needed this correction for so many years and the Lord has finally led me to you. Thank you Dr. C and Dr. G. from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
