After training new doctors in North Carolina and Arizona we have officially CLOSED our OG Chiropractic offices in these states and OPENED a BRAND NEW OFFICE 10 minutes from the DFW International Airport in:

Southlake, Texas

Conveniently located 10 minutes from the DFW International Airport for those who still wish to travel to see me personally, those within proximity to the DFW Metro, and don’t want to drive all the way to the country side.

I will be splitting my time between both the Stephenville and Southlake offices, and each week I will be in both locations.

Fee Schedule for ALL offices:

• Initial Appt Fee: $300

• Master Reset / OG Chiropractic Fee: $100

• Children 17 and under, when accompanied by a paid adult appointment are FREE

  • Max (2) children per adult per appointment

  • Must be within the same time slot

  • NOTE: If the child is taking an appointment spot without a paid adult appointment, then a normal fee based upon appointment is applied.
