To those who have been waiting for my NC office to get up and going, thank you for being patient. A lot of work went into acquiring licensure to work there and I can say now that I am now fully licensed to operate in NC.
For now, until demand is discerned, the plan will be to come to this office north of the “Charlotte, NC metro” once every other month, on the second Wednesday through Sunday of the month, for a period of 5 days, starting January 10, 2024 - January 14th, 2024. I will fit as many people as I can into my schedule to be seen there—around 100 spots available.
In order to reserve an appointment to see me personally in North Carolina, you must become an official patient of mine by sending:
A copy of your driver’s license/identification card
Selfie photo that matches your DL / ID
Summary write up of your current state of condition
Contact information for us to call you
***Your private information and our communication will be kept confidential and follow all of the laws of HIPAA***
When we have received all required information we will contact you by phone or email to create your patient profile and schedule your appointment. Your appointment includes:
(2) informational videos regarding what we will be doing, how this works, and what to expect— these videos are required to watch AND sign-off on before you can be seen as a patient.

Due to the nature of the large expense of travel for this new office location, and the scarcity of available appointment times, it will be required that you pay in advance for all appointments made to reserve your spot(s).
This payment will be non-refundable, but transferrable (to another person known personally by you or to your next scheduled visit) if you:
Notify us in writing your need to cancel (7) days or more BEFORE your scheduled appointment
Notify us in writing with documentation that you sustained an unavoidable emergency, and it will be left to our personal discretion on a case by case basis.
