Completely hypothetical scenario:
If there were an ability for a Trust to be set up , or a non-profit, or if somehow with an LLC we could set it up to where donations/gifts/sponsorships could fund the expansion and spread of this information and treatment
And
We traveled to our other offices and treated EVERYONE FOR FREE - that way no one is limited by their funds.
How many people do you think I could get to sign up for anywhere between $5-$100 per month (or any amount) to help me , and other chiropractors do it?
How many of you would be willing to chip into something like that ?

You want to use a trust or a PMA. PMA is a private member association. If using a trust it should not be put together by an attorney if it is to stay out of the government’s clutches. I would definitely not do an LLC because that signs you up to do business with the government instead of keeping things in the private. A PMA and a private trust is also a tax free entity. Let those that can pay, pay a reasonable amount but have ways to help those who cannot pay still be able to get treatment.
